H1B Transfer Process

According U.S. Immigration Law, your current H-1B Work Permit can be transferred to your new employer. To process your h1b transfer, your new employer needs to file an application with the INS. And you will also need to provide supportive documents. The required documents for h1b tranfer might include the following:

• Lastest payment stubs.
• Copy of your current H1 approval.
• Copy of your passport.
• Copies of I-94 records.
• Copy of your Social Secrity Number
• Copy of your latest resume
• Copy of existing valid visa
• Copy of all your Diploma/Degrees
